Authentication cookies (and equivalent browser storage) keep you signed in to your workspace between page loads and between visits, and allow the application to refresh your session securely.

Session cookies remember short-term preferences during your visit — for example, which location you have selected in a multi-location workspace, or the state of a UI panel. They are deleted when you close the browser or expire after a period of inactivity.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage — which features are used, where errors occur, and how the product performs. Where available and appropriate, this information is aggregated or pseudonymised.

CueConnect does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent before setting them.

Certain third-party services we use (for example, authentication or hosting providers) may set cookies on their own domains as part of providing their service to us. These cookies are governed by the respective provider's cookie and privacy policies.

Most browsers let you view, delete or block cookies from individual sites or all sites. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions. Blocking essential or authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the Service.
