1. Overview
We provide the Service to help salons operate professionally. Certain uses harm other users, third parties, the Service itself or our ability to provide it, and are not permitted.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited communications of any kind.
- Harass, threaten, defame or otherwise harm any person.
- Infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right.
- Upload, transmit or link to malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, workspace, system, network or data.
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with security or access controls.
- Send unsolicited SMS, or SMS to recipients who have not provided appropriate consent.
- Commit or facilitate fraud, identity theft or financial deception.
- Abuse messaging features (for example, by using them for promotional content when the consent obtained covers transactional messages only).
- Collect or harvest information about other users or Salon Clients other than in the ordinary course of operating a salon workspace you are authorised to use.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.
3. Messaging conduct
Salons are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from message recipients before sending SMS through the Service, for honouring opt-out requests, and for complying with all applicable telecommunications laws and carrier rules. Use of CueConnect for promotional or marketing SMS without a separately compliant consent and opt-out framework is prohibited.
4. Security & integrity
You must not probe, scan, test or attack the Service, its infrastructure or any other user's workspace without express written authorisation. Responsible disclosure of a security vulnerability discovered in good faith should be sent to legal@cueconnect.studio.
5. Consequences
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove offending content or messages, cooperate with law enforcement, and take any other action we consider appropriate. Violations may also result in legal liability for the responsible party.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a suspected violation of this AUP, please contact legal@cueconnect.studio. Please include enough detail (dates, workspace, message content, screenshots) for us to investigate.
